Neoprene
Utilised in applications where there is a requirement for resistance to Oil and Temperature.
Available in various densities and hardness with Flame Retardant properties.
E.P.D.M.
General gasketing application where oil resistance is not a requirement. Primary Applications where resistance is required against UV Light, ozone and external weathering.
Neoprene/E.P.D.M.
A combination of Polymers as detailed above where low resistance to oil and UV/Ozone is necessary.
Available with Flame Retardant classification to UL94 HF 1.
Nitrile/P.V.C.
Available in sheets, rolls or tubing, this material is used extensively in Thermal Insulation applications having Flame Retardant classification to BS476 Class O.
Polyethylene Foam
Manufactured in sheets and rolls in a wide density range with colours available subject to minimum order restrictions.
Highly versatile and cost effective with attributes of non toxic, wipe clean surfaces, light-weight and dermatologically tested.
Excellent insulation and thermal properties.
E.P.D.M.
General gasketing application where oil resistance is not a requirement. High Function Foam offering Superior durability and resistance to weather, hot and cold, and chemicals.
Compression load/stress is slight allowing good recovery without deformation.
Airtight and Watertight under compression.
P.V.C.
Utilised extensively in the Glass and Glazing Industry for sealing as the material is soft and flexible with good weathering and UV properties. Under compression becomes closed to air, dust and water ingress.
Polyurethane Foam
Low cost material.
Manufactured in a range of density levels and utilised predominantly as a gap filler and cushioning facilitator.
Flame Retardant qualities available.
Solid Rubber
Synthetic material manufactured in a range of grades. Commercial, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile and Silicone. Shore hardness range from 30° to 90° shore on the A scale.
