Arthur Weale - Managing Director

Arthur the founder of the company, has been at the forefront of the industry since 1972. Having worked his way up from a sales executive to board level he left a large Rubber & Plastics conversion company to establish AS Rubber in 1996. Since its inception, Arthur has pushed to expand the company rapidly to its size thanks to his expertise, extensive product and industry knowledge and contacts in the industry. Claire Greenwood - Company Secretary

Claire joined the company as a University Graduate in 1998. Her responsibilities include the day to day and handling of accounts. Claire has grown and developed with the company and in 2002 was appointed company secretary.

Steven Weale - Commercial Manager

Steve has 8 years experience at a major injection moulding company based in the MIdlands. He joined the company in 2002 as support for the management team due to the consistent growth of the company. His main responsibilities include purchasing, stock control, sales order processing and quotations.
