Lamination
We have 4 laminators with the capability to laminate up to 1800mm widths onto most substrates including foams fabrics and films. Three of the laminators have the capability to produce double sided product in a single pass.
Log Cutting
We have 3 Log Cutting Machines, plain or adhesive backed materials can be converted from logs of material into smaller widths as narrow as 5mm depending on material type and thickness and a diameter of up to 600mm. We also have the capabilities to log cut adhesive tape to customer requirements.
Adhesive Slit Rewinding
Our state of the art Adhesive Slit Rewinding machine allows us to supply rolls to customer specific requirements, we can also supply in a finger lift format.
Spooling
Products can also be offered in spool wound options , lengths from 250m-5000m can be achieved for those who need to apply tapes to continual extrusion products without the need to change rolls multiple times per shift offering efficiency , less waste and cost effective application solutions.
Kiss Cutting
Adhesive backed foams can be kiss cut up to widths of 580mm along with pads of various shapes being produced on our kiss cutting and padding machinery.
