AS Rubber & Plastics’ filter foam is manufactured from reticulated open-cell polyurethane foam, which is specifically suited to filtration environments. Pore sizes are available from 10 PPI to 85 PPI, with PPI selection and conversion tailored to the application. Lower PPI grades are used where higher airflow or fluid flow is required, such as air and water filtration, while higher PPI grades suit dust and pre-filtration applications requiring finer particle capture.
