The acrylic adhesives are all water based solvent free pure and modified acrylic that are ecologically friendly and low in admissions and odour.
We offer a complete range of acrylic adhesive tapes with a thickness range of 50-240gm/m².
We supply in log format at widths of 1000mm, 1250mm and 1500mm and in coils of widths 5mm and upwards along with options on finger lift on 1 or both edges.
Our acrylic adhesive tapes are supplied in 4 formats:
Double sided transfer which is an unsupported adhesive film without a carrier mostly used for laminating smooth, closed cell or lightly structured substrates and foams.
Double side with scrim carrier which helps improve dimensional stability to help prevent the tape stretching during lamination. The scrim also helps improve the anchorage on a substrate to ensure good long-term bonding.
Double sided with tissue carrier, the tissue creates a barrier between the two sides of adhesive resulting in the reduction of adhesive being lost into foam cells during lamination of open cell products and helps provide a better adhesive anchorage.
Double sided with differential coat weight i.e. perm/peel are ideally suited for laminating a smooth surface with a rough surface whereby the higher coated weight side is for application to laminating side and the lower coat weight to the mounting side.
