AS Rubber Product Reference: AS820
AS820 is a mid density open cell rigid PVC foam,200-220Kg/m3. AS820 offers excellent UV resistance and sealing against air dust & liquids along with low level water absorption and dimensional stability. PVC foams are ideal for high frequency welding. Available plain or adhesive backed in a variety of formats including logs, coils, sheets, pads or gaskets with thicknesses from 3mm to 10mm.

AS828 is a high density open cell rigid PVC Foam, 280Kg/m3 used predominately for protection pads for the glazing and transit markets. AS828 is a hard wearing durable material and has all the characteristics of the other PVC foams in the range. Available as rolls, coils or pads in either plain or adhesive backed format in thicknesses from 3mm to 8mm.

AS Rubber Product Reference: AS850
AS850 is a dual density PVC foam 320-350/m3 with a high density skin on one side to offer a durable hard wearing surface. AS850 offers excellent UV resistance and sealing properties. Available plain or adhesive backed in a variety of formats including logs, coils, sheets, pads or gaskets with thicknesses of 6mm or 8mm either plain or adhesive backed. Other thicknesses available subject to Minimum order quantities.

AS890 Canvas is a low density PVC, 90-100 Kg/m3, with a cotton or canvas fabric adhered to the top surface giving an aesthetic appeal to the product and also if being used in upholstery applications to hold a stitch. Available plain or adhesive backed in a variety of formats including logs, coils, sheets, pads or gaskets with thicknesses from 2mm to 10mm.
