AS704

Reconstituted Foam (AS704)

A high-density polyurethane foam produced from 100% recycled material, crumbed and rebonded to create a durable, resilient base. Its firm structure handles sustained compressive loads well, making it a practical choice for heavier AC units.

Flame Retardant EPDM Sponge (AS409)

A flame retardant closed cell EPDM sponge suited to outdoor AC installations where fire-rated materials are required by specification or regulation.

Density: 75–105 Kg/m³

Closed cell, airtight and waterproof

Flame retardant

Excellent ozone and ageing resistance

Available plain or adhesive backed, 1–50mm thickness

EPDM Sponge (AS402 / AS405)

Available in two grades to suit different load requirements. A reliable choice for a broad range of AC unit installations, indoors and outdoors.

AS402 Density: 130–170 Kg/m³ | AS405 Density: 100 Kg/m³

Closed cell, excellent waterproof and airtight performance

Firm Grade EPDM Sponge (AS403)

The densest grade in the EPDM sponge range, suited to applications where both load-bearing performance and noise control are needed. Holds up under sustained load without permanently deforming.

Nitrile PVC Sponge (AS502)

Well suited to plant rooms and industrial HVAC environments where oil or chemical exposure is a consideration alongside vibration control.

Class zero fire rating, excellent flammability rating

Good acoustic and thermal insulation

Resistant to oils, fuels, and dilute acids

Soft Grade EPDM Sponge (AS401)

The softest grade in the EPDM sponge range. Its lower durometer makes it particularly effective at absorbing high-frequency vibrations from lighter AC units or fan coil applications.
