Laminating
We have 3 laminators with the capability to laminate upto 1800mm widths onto most substrates including foams fabrics and films. Two laminators are for laminating adhesives as single sided products with the third having the ability to double side in 1 pass.
Log Cutting
We also run two log cutters with a 3rd on order for installation before the end of 2014. Plain or adhesive backed materials can be converted from logs of material into smaller widths as narrow as 2mm depending on material type and thickness and a diameter of up to 600mm. Log width capacity is 1500mm.
Kiss Cutting
Adhesive backed foams can be kiss cut up to widths of 250mm along with pads of various shapes being produced on our kiss cutting and padding machinery. We use slitter rewind machinery for the unwinding of adhesives or foams from jumbo rolls into shorter lengths for ease of handling or distribution.
